Rental / Reservation Agreement And Waiver
I, the undersigned, as Representative, Director, Agent, Manager, Employee, Owner of the organization, or individual renting, using, or reserving any facility at the Islamic Center of Johnson County (ICJC) located in Overland Park, KS agree to release and hold harmless ICJC, its officers and agents, from any liability to or responsibility for bodily injury, damage or illness, or loss of renter ware and equipment or loss of personal property. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICJC, its officers and agents with respect to any claim asserted as a result of bodily injury, damage or illness, or loss of renter ware and equipment or loss of personal property.
Further, while on ICJC property, I agree to follow all site rules including not gambling, smoking, playing music or consuming alcoholic beverages.
I will follow all federal, state and local laws. I understand the rules and regulations of the event and will comply. I realize that failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event and appropriate legal action.
